Welcome to Bella Rosa!
This incredible condo is steps from 2 pools and 2 spas; it is sunny and elegantly furnished with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located on the ground floor end side with a superb view facing the South side towards the lake in the desirable Shorewalk Villas vacation resort complex.

Close proximity to shopping, beaches, restaurants and 3 minutes to IMG. It is 3 min. drive from the famous tennis Academy IMG and 10-15 min drive away from the white sandy beaches: Bradenton, Holmes Beach, Anna Maria Island, 40 min away from Longboat Key & Siesta Key (no 1 USA beach in 2015).

Once you step in you will find a lovely, cozy and relaxed atmosphere where you will always feel welcome, nurtured, and loved. Our condo is fully furnished and situated on the first floor. It is a wonderful place for couples who love to do things together. It is particularly well-suited for romantic partners, best friends, and young families.

Our lovely condo features one King Size bed and two Single Size beds along with 3 TV sets. The upgraded kitchen is provided with refrigerator, freezer and automatic ice maker, electric stove and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and plates need it to cook your own meals.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened patio with table and chairs overlooking a peaceful pond with a wonderful view of nature. Fresh bedding, towels and soaps will be provided upon your arrival. Chairs and umbrellas beach are located in the walk-in closet -guest bedroom. Sorry no pets, per the community rules. Parking provided in the front of the condo.

Welcome, to our beatiful Bell Rosa Villa “Where Every Day is a Holiday".  We would like to thank everyone who has called the Bell Rosa Villa their home away from home. Thank you again as we look forward to your stay with us.
Services & Policies:
 
  • Thank you for being our guests.  This is our second home and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.  We want to ensure that your Holiday is a memorable one so we have done all we could think of to prepare our villa for you.
  • We did some nice upgrades on the kitchen, both bathrooms and bedrooms in our loved condo.
  • Usually, we setup the temperature at 75 degrees F.
  • We do appreciate that while you are staying here, you will take care of our condo as if it were your own and try to leave it in the same condition it was when you checked in.  Also, please do not use abrasive or strong cleaners on the bathroom counter tops or the stove, as the abrasive cleaners will destroy their finish.  Thank you.
  • 4 Pool Passes are also hanging on the kitchen countertop.

  • Parking available in the front of the building.
  • Check-in : Check-in time is 4:00 PM
 
  • Check-out instructions
  • Check-out time is before 11 AM, please leave any beds used during your stay unstripped or unmade, leave all towels that have not been washed in a pile in the bathrooms, the cleaning lady will take care of this task.
  • Remove the remaining food from the microwave, stove, fridge, and freezer
  • Remove and put the garbage from bathrooms and kitchen in the dumpster located outside next to the white fence.
  • DISHWASHER:  Please wash the dishes and make sure to remove the food from the plates before putting them into the dishwasher in order to not break or clog the dishwasher pump!
  • WASHER/DRIER: After using the drier please clean the lint (fluff) filter after using!
  • TOASTER. Never leave the toaster unsupervised and remove the crumbs on the bottom of the toaster regularly.
  • Parking is limited to one space per unit with no vehicles larger than a full-size car. Parking is for registered quests only.
  • Sorry NO PETS.
  • No smoking in the unit or outside the building where others can be affected by the second-hand smoke.
INSTRUCTIONS
KITCHEN
  • In the kitchen: New SAMSUNG fridge/freezer with AUTO ICE MAKER, upgraded dishwasher GE, new Maytag microwave and electric range.
  • ICEMAKER INSTRUCTIONS: It is already turned ON; if not please open the freezer door and press the left button POWER FREEZE (Ice maker) for 3 seconds and it will turn ON.
  • Make sure to turn it OFF before you check-out the condo.
  • WASHER/DRIER: We just bought a new GE stackable washer and drier. After using the drier please clean the lint (fluff) filter located in the drier compartment after each use
  • DISHWASHER: please make sure to remove the food from the plates before putting them into the dishwasher in order to not break or clog the dishwasher pump!
  • TOASTER: Never leave the toaster unsupervised and remove the crumbs on the bottom of the toaster regularly. In addition, inspect the electric elements for stuck crumbs
  • Cable TV /Netflix/ Internet
    Please connect to Cable TV as follows:
  • Start the TV using the following remote control.
  • For master bedroom use the Samsung remote control.
  • For living room also use the Samsung remote control.
  • Always use the VOL on this remote to increase/decrease the sound/volume.
  • Press the SOURCE button to select the input:
  • HDM1 is for Cable TV.
  • HDM2 is for Internet to use with the Samsung smart TV menu (Netflix, YouTube, etc).
  • To access the cable TV channels, press now the button TV on the remote control similar with one below and the cable box will light up, if unsuccessful, just touch the left button on the cable box situated below of the TV stand in the living room/bedroom.
  •  Now to watch Netflix or YouTube do the following steps:
  • Switch to HDM2 from the Samsung TV remote control (press button INPUT)
  • See the smart TV menu with Netflix, you need to use your own credentials for NETFLIX.

The condo is exactly as described. 2nd floor walk up that was easy. Entry into the condo was very easy as well. The host was amazing with communication; the condo was clean and inviting. The beds were very comfortable. My favorite part was the couch on the screened-in patio. We would stay here again.

This place was perfect for our family of 4. The apartment was very comfortable and located within 8 minutes (or less) of all of our daily activities. Also, Our kids enjoyed the pool and the courts. I would definitely stay there every time we go back.
