The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 10 min from the beach. The check in and communication was easy and flawless. Daniel gave very good directions to the apartment and provided all the needed information for getting into the apartment. He also gave a lot of tips as to what to do in the area. I would book this apartment anytime again.

There are a lot of great reasons to choose this Airbnb. It is bright,clean, tastefully decorated, quiet end unit, beautiful pond view off the laniu, super comfy beds, great pools, tennis courts, clubhouse, close to many things that one comes to Florida for and Daniel offered many wonderful ideas of things to do and see during our stay. Wished we would have had a reason to stay longer! If Bradenton is your destination this condo is a great value.

Daniel's apartment fully complies with the descriptions. It is centrally located and you are not far from Sarasota, Anna Maria Island and St. Pete. So if you are looking for relaxation and are looking for as close access as possible to beautiful beaches, then you are very well taken care of here!
The furnishings of the apartment are very varied. In the kitchen there are all the necessary utensils, so you can prepare the food there comfortably. There were two of us, but the apartment offers enough space for four people (e.g. family up to two children).
Daniel inquired about us during our stay and shared interesting tips for restaurants and excursion destinations. In addition, he made sure that two pool passes were there when we arrived so we could use the pool area undisturbed. This was very accommodating!

We just spent a great week at this very clean, large and bright condo. It was situated close to all amenities such as restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and shopping centers. It is a short but direct drive to lical beaches. The pools were large, heated and had lots if lounges, umbrellas with a spacious deck aroung the pool. We would definitely recommend this property. The price was very reasonable. Daniel was quick to respond to all our enquiries. We look forward to a return visit in the future.

We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks and had a fabulous time. Great location and amenities. Daniel was very response and always wanted to make sure we were happy. It's a corner unit, off the major pathways, which provided a little extra privacy. Great pool, great tennis courts and great club house. Very close to grocery store, restaurants, movie theater, bowling ally and Anna Marie Island. Liked it so much that we already booked 2 weeks for next April. Highly recommend.
