Immaculate and lovely renovation of an older property. We didn’t use the pool so I can’t rate the amenities. Location very convenient.

This immaculate well appointed unit was everything and more than we had hoped for. The owner Dan was super responsive as he got us though our own errors in scheduling and directions to the unit. The short drive to the beach and excellent rate was icing on the cake. Strongly recommend this VRBO!

Beautiful Condo! Perfect place for IMG Academy

We needed a place close to IMG Academy and this condo was perfect. Getting my son to his sports camp was easy and quick. The condo was clean and comfortable with beautiful views. Close proximity to shopping, beaches, restaurants and 3 minutes to IMG. Dan was a fantastic host! He was very helpful and kind. Great communication throughout the stay. We enjoyed our stay. We just spent 3 weeks in Dan's Shorewalk Condo. Our experience summed up in one word was 'excellent'. We enjoyed it so much, we actually told Dan if he ever considered selling it, we would be interested. The condo was comfortable, well equipped and we had access to all amenities, including within walking distance to stores, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this property for 30 days while I recovered from surgery as it was close to the hospital and my doctors. We found the property to be very clean and well maintained. It was nicely decorated in Florida themed decor. The kitchen was very well equipped and all the appliances worked well. There were 3 very nice televisions with cable. The wi-fi signal was fast and strong. The property is located on a lovely pond that many types of birds visit throughout the day, including a Roseate Spoonbill, an Anhinga, Canadian Geese, Mallards, egrets, herons, just to name a few. Also turtles and some large fish. The bird watching is easily done from the screened in and furnished patio. There are several restaurants and businesses that are within walking distance and the neighborhood feels safe to walk in. The walking path on the property is well lit. Last, but not least, parking is plentiful. Daniel the property owner was easy to communicate with and was always quick to reply to any questions. He also checked in a couple times just to make sure there were no problems. We would highly recommend this property.
