Our first time since we retired going on a winter getaway. It was very enjoyable and will definitely go again. The condo was comfortable and weather was great.

I was pleasantly surprised that soap and tissues were provided as they weren't at our last condo. Everything was clean and ready for guests.

Florida Bella Rosa is an extremely well equipped comfortable apartment conveniently situated for beaches, restaurants and shopping. A pleasure to stay here.

Easy access to everything from food, shopping and beaches. We had a blast, Belle Rosa was wonderful, just as the pictures shows a very clean and pleasant stay. Would indeed return to this location.

Lovely setting. Very quiet. We were very happy to come "home" to the condo at the end of the day. Loved the walk-in closet, well-stocked kitchen and especially the pond and the birds right outside the window. Easy drive to the beach, Not a single complaint! Thank you!

Good location and very clean.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. The owner was kind enough to allow an early check in & was very attentive via email & phone. It was a very clean condo & we were pleased to find pool toys & beach chairs/towels/umbrellas/books available for our use. The kitchen was also well equipped. It was quiet, safe & private for a condo with beautiful views of the ponds & birds out every window & the lanai in back (a perfect place for morning coffee & a good book)! There was plenty to do with the kids after a busy day at the beach/amusement parks or museums. The complex offers swimming pools/tennis & pickle ball courts/basketball/pool table/shuffle board & bocce & all of the equipment could be checked out at the clubhouse. The attendant there in the evenings was extremely helpful & friendly. In the clubhouse there were more books, magazines & board games to borrow. This condo is also situated within walking distance of grocery stores & other shopping as well as restaurants. The beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island are a short drive away. Everyone staying there seemed to be having a good time & the BBQ grills at the clubhouse were in use every night. This was a great value & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this condo to friends & family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & wished we could have stayed longer!

We had such a great time here the house is beautiful and welcoming nice and quiet place. The owners where very Accommodating and always easy to contact. I would most definitely come here again!

This unit was very nice and clean. Daniel was a great host! Hope to return in near future.

My wife and I stayed here in 2017, and did not return last year as it was unavailable, otherwise we would have! My review then said good things about this place and nothing has changed. It has everything you will need for a lovely stay in Shorewalk. One small bonus to us ageing people is the fact that it is on ground level so no stairs to deal with. I am not a fan of star ratings because it is better to read what has been written and not just a personal interpretation of 3,4, or 5 stars. My 4 stars may be someone else's 5, but what is really important is that this place is one of the best we have stayed in if not the best. Thanks again Dan for the opportunity to rent this condo. We will be back - guaranteed !
