This was an excellent condo! It had everything we were looking for. The King bed was very comfortable. The other room have 2 comfortable twin beds. Kitchen was very well supplied with all cooking utensils. There was beach chairs available and some pool stuff available for kids. The condo have lots of space, and everything we needed, even more. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Within short distance there's a very nice Chinese buffet -Grand Buffet, very nice sélection of good. Approximintly 15 minutes away from Longboat Key with beautiful, stunning beaches. And also we loved the Bean point of Anna Maria Island - very beautiful place!!! We would définitely book again if and when we come back.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Shorewalk. We had plenty of room in the condo and loved our walk in shower and our walk in closet. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and having coffee and watching the ducks. Liked the little desk in the bedroom. The only negative comments we have are the floors didn’t seem as clean as we felt they should have been and the master bed in the master bedroom wasn’t made and the sheets were just layed on the bed and we had to make the bed when we arrived which we didn’t mind. The location was very convenient to the pool and clubhouse. It was a short drive to Publix, CVS, Family Dollar, Applebee’s (you could walk there) and other restaurants. Bealls department Store is only about 2 miles. Plus the Ellenton Outlets were several miles away and the University Town Center is located in Sarasota, a Town Center you don’t want to miss. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to a family emergency. We enjoyed our stay and the owner, Daniel, was very helpful. Johnson Y

When my wife and I arrive at a new vacation destination, we look for three things in a condo rental. Is it clean? Is it comfortable? Is there good communication between traveler and owner. I am pleased to say, as it pertains to our two-month stay this year at Florida Bela Rosa, all three of those questions can be answered with a very affirming “yes.” We were especially appreciative of the how bright was the condo. It is a corner unit with extra windows facing east which allow for the early morning sun to be a first part of each day. The southern exposure of the lanai and master bedroom keeps the sunshine coming in throughout the day. In addition, the owner’s painting of the rooms in the condo with various shades of white and softer tones enhances a feeling of light throughout all parts of the unit. There are a few things that can only be experienced if you are a guest. The bed, to date, is the most comfortable that we have rested on in all our travels. The view from the small desk in master bedroom allows the seated occupant to see both of the water fountains in the adjacent pond—where water fowl can continually be observed enjoying the serene setting that Shoreview offers to them as well. The shower in the master bedroom has both a shower caddy and a higher shower head, which is removable, to accommodate a taller occupant. My wife and I have booked another stay at Florida Bela Rosa for next year. We look forward to continuing to build on the mutual good will that we experienced with Dan on our first visit. The area had plenty of shopping and restaurants. The condo grounds were well cared for. The condo itself was clean and comfy. Slept very well on the bed. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and serve. A very pleasant stay!

What a great getaway spot, clean, close to everything and reasonable! We would love to book it again when we are in that area. My family from Michigan was very impressed with all the amenities and how well kept the area is around the unit. We had an awesome time.

I highly recommend you stay at Dan's condo in Bradenton. We rent units on VRBO twice a year, so we know the good and the not so good. Why stay at this unit? Very clean, well equipped (kitchen, beach gear, towels), central a/c, complex is very quiet, nice pool, hot tub at rec center, Bradenton is a good location to visit areas along the Gulf Coast, very nice beach area 10 minutes away, grocery and restaurants all close. We had a lovely stay the Condo was lovely clean and had everything we needed it was like home from home would definitely recommend the Condo if you want to stay at Bradenton.

This was so much better than staying in a hotel. Very clean, nice and had everything you needed and then some. Convenient location. Great property!
