This place was what I was looking for, something close to stores, however night right on the main street. The only thing I would suggest is to let the renters know what they need for supplies as well as what kind of coffee machine is available. I asked many of questions before I left and I feel that if all this stuff was in advertisement somewhere I would have not had to keep bugging Dan. Over all we loved it.

My wife and I stayed in this condo in September 2017. We have stayed in quite a number in Shorewalk over the years and this one comes near the top, if not at the top! It was clean, spacious, well equipped and nicely furnished. The owner was really attentive even though we didn't need anything. If you are looking to rent a really nice ,comfortable condo at Shorewalk, then you need look no further........you found it! Treat this place with the respect it deserves, and if we are really lucky my wife and I will be permitted by the owner to rent it again. I have stopped searching for other places now! Dan the owner most helpful.The apartment was spotless and had everything you would need.Even umbrella-small if raining large for the beach-and beach chairs .Easy access coded entry. End of block so windows at side as well plenty of light.All in all a good bet.

Just got back from a month stay in this nice, clean condo! Condo was as seen in pictures. It was well stocked with everything you will need! The master closet is huge which held not only our clothes but also a place to store our suitcases. We appreciated the use of beach chairs, towels, soft sided cooler, ice pack etc..... We have always stayed on LBK or Anna Maria Island but we liked the location of this condo. You can get around easier with not as much traffic and there is plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, movie theaters and golf courses nearby. We would highly recommend this condo to rent!

Everything we needed, Dan the owner very helpful, easy to find the address. Very clean and spacious for 4 with two bathrooms. Main bedroom is very big with side room to hang lots of clothes!! And I have never seen so many towels and linen in any place before!! Great washing machine dryer and cooker!!! Would book again.
