My family loves Shorewalk! We have vacationed here 23 times. It is a very private setting, yet convenient to shopping, dining, golf and, of course, the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island! We have stayed in many of the condos throughout the complex. This is, by far, one of the nicest units at Shorewalk. Situated on a point in one of the small lakes, it is a great place to enjoy the Florida Wildlife. This unit is easily accessed from the street, but is very private and not exposed to traffic. Sleep late and undisturbed if you wish, or rise early, as we do, sit in the screened in patio area and enjoy the solitude. Read a book or enjoy watching the many species of birds feeding in the shade of a sprawling cypress tree. Stroll across the footbridge to the clubhouse and take a dip in one of the beautiful pools. If you have children with you, there is plenty for them to do here. Enjoy luxurious Florida life for less cost than a motel!!! Owner is easy to work with and the entire transaction and access to the unit was easier than check-in at a motel.

We stayed at this property in Bradenton for our annual family Florida vacation in early July. We typically stay closer to Anna Maria Island and this was our first time in Bradenton. The condo was very nice and exceptionally clean. Often when we stay at properties, the basic amenities are missing so having paper towels, toilet paper and hand soap already stocked was a really nice touch. The location was great - close to grocery stores, restaurants and movie theaters. We also really enjoyed the pool. Dan was really responsive to all our questions. We only had one issue with the wifi as the password was not available onsite. But when I asked him, he responded with it right away. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back to this property again.

This place was perfect for our family of 4. The apartment was very comfortable and located within 8 minutes (or less) of all of our daily activities. Also, Our kids enjoyed the pool and the courts. I would definitely stay there every time we go back.

We have stayed at 2 other Shorewalk condos, but this was the cleanest, best appointed and most spacious unit. I would definitely rent from Dan again. He is easy to work with and get in touch with when necessary. The condo is thoughtfully furnished down to the aloe vera needed for sunburns. We enjoyed coffee on the enclosed porch while watching the wildlife in the pond. Thank you for your hospitality.

Sehr schneller und guter Kontakt. Auch während des Aufenthaltes, wurde nachgefragt ob alles ok ist, Top! Das Appartment war sehr sauber mit einer sehr guten und ordentlichen Einrichtung. In jedem Zimmer waren Fernseher. Staubsauger und Wischer waren Top. Brauch man auch bei den Kilos an Sand die man mit rein schleppt????. Im Vorfeld wurde ebenfalls alles ordeutlich und detailliert erklärt. Sehr netter Kontakt. Wir würden das Appartment immer wieder nehmen.

The Appartment (more a house..) was more than everything you could expect from a holiday flat. Big space, good beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, nicely decorated , everything working well. the big plus were all the beach equipments like chairs, umbrellas, towels etc. The position of the appt. was very convenient to be close to the Publix supermarket and Cortez Road to reach the beaches. So, all really fine.... I would only recommend to place some hooks in the bathrooms to be able to hang the towels.

The condo was beautiful— spotless— Daniel was an amazing communicator—quick to respond-The area is safe— convenient to everything-It’s nice to go “off season”-uncrowned— completely quiet—Would definitely come again!

Unit was kept well and clean. Quiet location. Host was very responsive.

I really like the place according to the description. Daniel very helpful to meet the time I requested. Very clean and super nice. Whenever I need I will come back and super recommend. Thank you very much

We liked everything is so clean the location is good it’s next to beautiful beaches but we really like Daniel like when we give a message he responds fast soon I hope we will come back we feel like it’s our home
