We are owners of those beautiful condos since 2016. We recently renovated those amazing vacation condos with a setting in a typical Florida style. and have been very thoughtful in the upgrades made for the comfort of guests, done with the full intention of providing a fun, family friendly home that will allow all visitors to create one of a kind memories! Those vacation condo have been welcoming visitors from around the world for years, and we hope to continue for many more to come. Our vacation condos are located in the Shorewalk Villas Resort.
The Shorewalk Complex is located along Cortez Avenue in Bradenton, Florida, Zip code 34210 and has been providing a unique experience for visitors to the west coast of Florida since 1988. Located in the heart of Bradenton, the tree lined, 30-acre property features over 150, two bedroom/two bathroom, self-catering condos and vacation rentals available for short-term. The complex is 15 miles away from Sarasota Bradenton Airport and 50 miles away from Tampa International Airport. Ellenton Prime Outlet Mall is a 20 minute drive up. Also we are located 5 minute drive to the famous IMG Academy and 15-20 min drive to Ana-Maria Island with its white sand beaches. There are many areas to park and enjoy a day sunbathing, walking in the sand, listening to the waves and seagulls, playing in the gulf, building sandcastles or just simply relaxing! Shops and restaurants are also nearby in many areas on the island. The world famous Disney World is only a two hour drive away in Orlando.
During your stay, you can take advantage of all the amenities offered by the Shorewalk Villas Condominium Association. We find it is a beautiful setting and enjoy all the natural surroundings and wildlife. The ponds are stocked with fish and there are many ducks, turtles, and birds an a couple of otters. There is also much to do:
o There are the two pools and hot tubs.
o There is tennis, shuffleboard, bocce , fishing, outdoor barbeques, billiards, cards and much more. The center of the activities is the clubhouse where you can reserve court times and borrow the equipment. They may request you leave a $20 deposit which they return when you return the equipment. They will probably request that you show them a pool pass to validate you are a resort guest. We left the pool passes with you when you checked in. [Please do not lose them. We must charge $10 for each lost pool pass.]
o Also, at and around the clubhouse is a wireless “hotspot” where you can access the internet if you happen to have a wireless device.
Just off the premises one block north is Cortez Rd. where you can walk [or ride] to several restaurants, including Applebee’s and The Outback, a super Publix grocery store with a drug store and liquor store included, a bowling alley, a multi-screen movie theater, shops, and many other things. If you are a shopper, check out Beals Outlet on the other side of Cortez Rd or Marshalls.
